Nectar’s Pitch Editor can be connected to the transport control of your DAW through ReWire technology. This allows you to use the transport controls within the Pitch Editor plugin to control playback and playhead position. In order to use this feature, you must first instantiate the “iZotope Nectar 2 Pitch Editor” ReWire Device on an empty track in your session. Once you instantiate the ReWire Device, you can feel free to hide the active track. In some DAWs, ReWire connectivity happens automatically and doesn’t require anything more than simply instantiating the Nectar 2 Pitch Editor.
